2015-2016 (Senior): Looks to further improve her times in the distance events alongside her sister and fellow Bulldogs


2015 Outdoor (Junior): Ran a personal best of 11:55.77 in the 3000M steeplechase, placing 3rd at the Carleton Relays • Member of the outdoor conference team, placing 10th in the 3000M steeplechase • Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference All-Academic

2014-2015 Indoor (Junior): At the Jack Johnson Classic, ran a personal best of 10:38.94 in the 3000M • Member of the indoor conference team, racing in the 1600M finals with a personal best of 5:19.38 • Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference All-Academic
 

2013-2014 Indoor (Sophomore): Finished the season with a season-best 5:27.31 in the 1600M at the Parents Day Open • Ran a season-best 3:13.69 in the 1000M at the MSU Mankato Open • Season-best 11:22.19 in the 3000M at the Northwest Open • Finished 5th in the 1600M at the Minnesota State Open • 6th place finish in the 1000M at the Lake Superior Challenge

 

2014 Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran a season-best 4:58.17 in the 1500M at the Drake Alternative, finishing 6th overall • Season-best 2:34.68 in the 800M at the Carleton Relays • Competed in the 1500M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships

 

2012-2013 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 3rd in the 1600M at the Border Battle, in a season-best time of 5:19.64 • Ran a season-best 2:29.58 in the 800M at the Lake Superior Challenge, finishing 6th overall • Season-best 11:00.35 in the 3000M at the CSS Open, finishing 2nd overall

 

2013 Outdoor (Freshman): Ran a season-best 18:53.68 in the 5000M at the Hamline Invitational • Season-best 4:52.73 in the 1500M at the Carleton Relays, finishing 5th overall • 2:30.62 season best in the 800M at the Meet of the Unsaintly • 5th place finish in the 1500M at the Grand View Viking Classic
