2014 (Freshman) Indoor: Season-best 2:39.10 in the 800M at the Lake Superior Challenge • Finished 8th in the 600M, with a season-best 1:54.87, at the CSS Opener • Threw a personal best 7.72M in shot put at the CSS Opener
2014 (Freshman) Outdoor: Ran a season-best 2:31.9 in the 800M at the Holst Invitational • Threw a season-best 20.97M in javelin at the Carleton Relays • Finished 4th in the 4x400M relay at the Holst Invitational
