2014 (Junior) Outdoor: Provisional Qualifier in Discus • Finished 3rd in discus at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, with a season-best throw of 44.55M • Finished 1st in discus at the Carleton Relays • Throw a season-best 49.22M at the Carleton Relays, finishing 3rd

2013 (Sophomore) Indoor: Throw a season-best 11.00M in shot put at the Lake Superior Challenge • Finished 5th at the Border Battle in weight throw with a season-best throw of 14.70M

2013 (Sophomore) Outdoor: Throw a season-best of 13.78M in shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, finishing 5th • Season-best throw of 43.43M in hammer throw at the Meet of the Unsaintly • Throw a season-best of 42.09M in discus at the NSIC Outdoor Championships
