2015 (Sophomore): Looks to further compete for the Bulldogs in the hurdles and pole vault
2014 (Freshman) Indoor: Ran a season-best 2:25.52 in the 800M at the St. Thomas Invite, finishing 3rd overall • Season-best 1:43.93 in 600M at the Lake Superior Challenge • Vaulted a personal best 2.60M at the CSS Opener
2014 (Freshman) Outdoor: Finished the season with a personal best 68.41 in the 400H at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Vaulted a season-best 2.87M at the Carleton Relays • Finished 3rd in the 400H at the Holst Invitational
Before UMD: Six-time letter winner in cross country and track at Albany High School • Seven-time Minnesota State appearances in cross country and track combined • Finished 7th in the 4x400M relay at the Minnesota State Class A Track and Field Championships • 9th place finish in the 4x800M relay and the 800M at the Minnesota State Class A Championships • Jazz Band • Jazz Choir • National Honors Society • Class Salutatorian
