2015-2016 (Sophomore): Looks forward to competing for the Bulldogs as a part of the distance team

2015 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 6th in the 10000M at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference meet, a personal best • Running a personal best of 17:47.25, she won the 5000M at the UW-La Crosse Ashton May Invite • Season best of 4:58.24 in the 1500M

2014-2015 Indoor (Freshman): Won the 5000M Parents Day Open • Season best of 5:19.59 in the 1600M • Ran a personal best of 17:54.53 in the 5000M at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference meet • At the Minnesota Open, ran a personal best of 10:33.32 in the 3000M

Before UMD: Ten-time Minnesota state appearances in cross country and track combined • Two-time St. Cloud Time Cross Country Runner of the Year • Holds fourteen Minnesota State age running records including the 10K, 10 mile, half marathon and marathon

Personal: Born McKenzie Laurene Holt on October 28, 1995 • Daughter of James and Mary Holt • Three siblings; Kaylee, Tracey and Jeremy
