2013 (Junior) Indoor: Finished 9th in the 600M at the NSIC Indoor Championships, in a season-best time of 1:38.85 • Finished 1st in the 600M at the Northwest Open • 6th place finish in the 4x400M relay at the Minnesota State Open

2013 (Junior) Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 61.10 in the 400M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Season-best 2:23.06 in the 800M at the Carleton Relays • Ran the 200M at the Holst Invitational, finished in a season-best 27.97

2012 (Sophomore) Indoor: Finished 3rd at the NSIC Indoor Championship, in the 600M, in a season-best time of 1:36.16 • 3rd place finish in the distance medley relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships • Ran a season-best time 27.61 in the 200M at the Parents Day Open • Season-best 2:21.63 in the 800M at the Border Battle

2012 (Sophomore) Outdoor: Season-best time of 2:20.27 in the 800M at the NSIC Outdoor Championship • Finished 8th in the 400M at the Meet of the Unsaintly, in a season-best time of 60.22 • Placed 6th at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, in the 4x400M relay • Won the 4x400M relay at the Meet of the Unsaintly

2011 (Freshman) Indoor: Finished 4th in the 600M at the Parents Day Open, in a season-best time 1:38.55 • 8th place finish in the 600M at the NSIC Indoor Championships • Season-best 2:23.90 in the 800M at the MSU Mankato Open • Ran a season-best 3:13.96 in the 1000M at the Lake Superior Challenge

2011 (Freshman) Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 2:19.65 in the 800M at the Meet of the Unsaintly, finishing 3rd overall • Finished 5th in the 4x400M relay at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Season-best 61.00 in the 400M at the Twin Ports Open, finishing 1st overall
