Jacob Lytton joined the Bulldog coaching staff in January of 2025 after most recently serving as an offensive graduate assistant - wide receiver coach for Briar Cliff University, assisting in the construction, preparation, and execution of the Chargers offensive scheme throughout the 2024 season.
 

In early 2022, Lytton served as an offensive coaching intern for the Quad City Steamwheelers indoor football team. During his time with the Steamwheelers, Lytton assisted in the development of the offensive skill positions and the scouting of players for potential signing.

 

As a player, Lytton was a wide receiver and special teams player for Augustana College from 2019 through 2022, seeing action in 20 games throughout his collegiate career. A native of Berkeley, Ill., Lytton holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Augustana College and a Master's in Management from Briar Cliff University.
