Fresh off a weekend sweep of Bemidji State University and riding a four-game unbeaten streak, the University of Minnesota Duluth moved up one spot to No. 14 in both the USCHO.com and USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine polls.

The defending NCAA I champion Bulldogs, now 4-3-1 overall and 2-2-0 in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association, will visit No. 8 University of Denver (3-2-1; 2-1-1) this Friday and Saturday for their first two WCHA road engagements of 2011-12.
