The University of Minnesota Duluth claimed titles in 14 different events at Saturday's Riitger Invitational in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and junior
Allie Stalboerger had a part in four of those.
Stalboerger took first in both the 200-meter dash (26.42) and 400-meter dash (59.29) and also ran a leg on both the title-capturing 4 x 100-meter and 4 x 400-meter relay teams.
UMD cruised to the team championship at the five-school meet, racking up 342.0 points to 110.50 for runnerup and host Coe College.

Amber Seidenkranz in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:45.71), junior
Cassidy Baker in the pole vault (9'-9.25"), freshman
Alexandra Headley in the shot put (44'-03.50"), and junior

Kendra Monpas joined Stalboerger to prevail in 4 x 100-meter relay (47.97) while Stalboerger, sophomore

Elizabeth Kyes came in first int he 4 x 400-meter relay (3:57.93).
A select group of Bulldogs will participate in the Drake Relays, which run next Thursday (April 26) through Saturday with the remainder of the team hunkering down in Duluth to host the Bulldog Open on Saturday at James S. Malosky Stadium.
