The 2019 College Football America Yearbook Division II preseason poll was released today and University of Minnesota Duluth found itself occupying the No. 10 spot.

Minnesota State University-Mankato (No. 5) was the only other Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference school to crack the poll.

The Bulldogs return 46 lettermen  -- including six starters on offense and seven on defense -- from last year's club, which posted an 11-1 overall record (going a perfect 11-0 during the regular season) and captured a share of the overall Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference championship while also securing its ninth NCAA Division II playoff berth since 2008. 

Seventh-year head coach Curt Wiese and his 11-time defending NSIC North Division champion Bulldogs will convene for preseason camp on Aug. 12 with the 2019 season opener set for Sept. 5 against visiting Minot State University.
