Freshman pitcher Christin Hartman was named the NSIC's Newcomer of the Year. In nine appearances on the season, Hartman finished with a perfect 5-0 record, while also recording the second best ERA on the team at 2.16 and securing 18 strike outs in just 35.2 innings pitched. Hartman also chipped in two saves, which was a team-high for the Bulldogs and fourth best in the conference. Additionally, Hartman struck out seven batters and gave up just one earned run in 5.1 innings of work during UMD's 10-7 victory over Winona State on April 15.

In addition to Thomas and Hartman, Emma Frost, Sidney Zavoral, Elle Potts and Kiana Bender all notched NSIC Second Team honors. Also dressing in all 51 games on the season, Bender finished second on the team in hits (56), doubles (12), home runs (9) and RBI (42). On Tuesday, February 22, Bender was named the NSIC's Player of the Week. Frost finished the season with a total of 42 hits, nine doubles, five home runs  and 21 RBI. Additionally, the 5th-year senior posted an impressive .917 fielding percentage in 44 games on the year. After stealing the starting catcher job early in the season, Zavoral would go on to start 48 of 51 games on the season. During her 48 appearances, Zavoral notched 52 hits, 28 RBI, eight doubles and five homers. Potts received all-conference recognition after notching 18 hits, 16 RBI and four home runs in 15 starts on the season. For all four players, it's the first time in their careers that they've received all-conference honors.
