The University of Minnesota Duluth men's basketball team shot 50 percent from three point range on the way to a 102-86 win over the University of Wisconsin-Superior Yellow Jackets at home Sunday.
The Bulldogs had five players score in double figures, led by Caleb Siwek, who had 25 points. Mattie Thompson tacked on 18 points and Jayden Johnson helped out with 12 points.
UMD out-rebounded UWS 22-17 in Sunday's game, led by four boards from Austin Andrews, Joshua Brown, and Noah Paulson. The Bulldogs also collected 16 total assists throughout the game, led by Austin Andrews with a game high of five.
Bulldog men's basketball kicks off their 2024-25 regular season next weekend, hosting the American Family Insurance Classic at Romano Gymnasium. Tipoff against Southeastern Oklahoma State University is currently scheduled for Friday, Nov. 8, at 5:00 PM.
