For a third time this season, University of Minnesota Duluth men's hockey goaltender Adam Gajan has been named the National Collegiate Hockey Conference's Goaltender of the Week


Currently the reigning NCHC Goaltender of the Month, Gajan posted a league-low 0.98 goals against average against St. Cloud State University last weekend, including a a 4-0 shutout of the Huskies Friday night -- the lone NCHC hold down a clean sheet. The sophomore from Poprad, Slovakia picked up two wins on 48 saves and just two goals against for a .960 saves percentage -- also a league high.


Gajan is now tied for the NCAA lead with 10 wins in an NCAA-tie most games (12), and is 2-0 in overtime skates. 


The No. 3 Bulldogs and their red-hot goalie will host the University of Nebraska Omaha this weekend at AMSOIL Arena, with the series opener Friday night set to get underway at 7:07 p.m.
