BEFORE UMD
Is a graduate of Eagan High School • letterwinner four years with three seasons as a starter • was a participant in a pair of state tournaments, placing third in her rookie season • was a team captain and corralled the Wildcat leadership award and team MVP honors, as well as an All-South Suburban Conference selection while leading the team in goals in her senior campaign • also earned all-conference honorable mention her junior year • was named most improved player as a sophomore • named rookie of the year in 2009.
PERSONAL: Born Kaleigh Renee Solheim on Sept. 15, 1994 in Burnsville, Minn. • daughter of Bruce and Stacey Solheim • has one younger sister (Allie).
