BULLDOG CAREER
2016 (Junior) Started five games in the net for the Bulldogs • posted two shutouts and a 3-0-2 record • didn't allow more than one goal in any start • made a season-high seven saves against U-Mary on Oct. 9 • held a goals against average of just 0.55 on the season • selected to All-NSIC Academic Team.

2015 (Sophomore) Started seven games in goal for UMD •  notched a shutout in UMD's 1-0 victory over MSU Moorhead on Sept. 19 and again in the Bulldogs' 1-0 victory over Wayne State on Oct. 9 • stopped 10 balls at Minot State on Oct. 17 • finished her season with a career-high 12 saves at Bemidji State on Nov. 1.

2014 (Freshman) Started four games between the pipes for UMD early in her first official season • finished with a 1.50 goals against average and 18 saves on the season • started her first collegiate game in the season opener against Southwest Baptist, making four saves • stopped a season-high nine balls against Upper Iowa on Sept. 27 • earned her first collegiate shutout in UMD's 4-0 win over MSU-Moorhead on Sept. 20.

Melby trained with the Bulldogs but did not see game action, receiving a redshirt as a first-year player in 2013.

BEFORE UMD A graduate of Chanhassen High School • played alongside fellow newcomer Nicole Becker during her prep career • was the team captain and team MVP while receiving All-Missota Conference and all-state honors during her senior season • capped off her sophomore season with all-conference honorable mention and most improved player award at CHS • also lettered in two different sports, twice hitting the links for the storm, earning most improved player and once running the 4x200 relay and triple jump • was a member of FCA, Key Club, DECA, CAP and Link Crew at Chanhassen.

PERSONAL Born Jordan Elizabeth Mae Melby on Dec. 1, 1994 in Burnsville, Minn. • daughter of Jeff and Charla Melby • has one younger sister (Dylan) • plans to major in communications at UMD.
