BULLDOG CAREER
2021: Saw action in 16 games this season... Scored one goal against Minn. Crookston... Was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.
2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019: Stepped up into a big role for the Bulldogs, playing in 15 games versus two in the past season... started one game on the year... Conkel finished the year with 346 minutes... took three shots on the yer with one hitting the net (.333 SOG)... finished the year with two assists and two points on the season... was named to the NSIC All-Academic team.
2018: Learned behind a veteran group on the attacking end in her first collegiate season • dressed and played in two games totaling 22 minutes of experience in her backup role • made her NCAA debut against Division I North Dakota on Sept. 5...played a season-high 15 minutes in that contest...played seven minutes in her other contest against Northern State.

BEFORE UMD: A 2018 graduate of Eagan High School...a two-year starter where she patrolled the midfield for Bulut Ozturk and the Wildcats...helped Eagan clinch the section 3AA title and the 2017 Class AA State Championship...a two-time 3AA Coaches All-Section Academic Team honoree...was named to the 3AA All-Section Tournament Team...runner-up in the section 3AA tournament as a junior.

PERSONAL: Born Amanda Mae Conkel in Eagan, Minn...is the daughter of Dave and Linda Conkel...her older brother, Charlie, played baseball for the Bulldogs from 2011-14...aside from soccer, was a part of National Honor Society, the Spanish Club, student government, Interact Club and First Robotics at Eagan...is majoring in exercise science at UMD.
