2018: Appeared in 13 games for the Bulldogs, including three mound outings ... filled the starting designated hitter slot three times (at Wayne State on March 22 and 23 and vs. Mary on March 28) ...received his first taste of collegiate baseball on March 6 vs. Ashland University in Auburn, Fla. where he pitched 2/3 of an inning in relief.
BEFORE UMD: Is a 2017 graduate of Blue Earth Area High School ... played for the head coach Todd Schmidtke ... earned All-State honors in his senior campaign ... was named to the All-Area team on three occasions (2015, 2016, and 2017) ... awarded All-Big South Conference status as a junior and first team as a senior ... captained the Buccaneers in both 2016 and 2017 ... topped the club in batting average (2015 and 2017), hits (2015 and 2017), triples (2015 and 2016), and stolen bases (2015, 2016, and 2017) ... also started three years in both football (All-conference cornerback) and hockey (center) as a prep
