BULLDOG CAREER:
2020 (Junior): Season canceled due to Covid-19.

2019 (Sophmore): Became a part of the regular rotation during her sophomore campaign seeing action in 110 sets and appearing in 32 matches for the Bulldogs. Recorded 298 kills (2.54) per set good for third on the roster, on 703 total attempts. Also tallied eight assists and one service ace. Garnered 105 digs, 34 total blocks good for fifth on the roster and accumulated 318.5 points (2.90) points per set. 

2018 (Freshman) Sat behind a loaded group of outside swingers and learned behind four outside attackers that all had at least 300 kills • saw action in eight games, stepping foot on court for 11 sets • first collegiate action took place against Erskine on Aug. 25 • compiled her first collegiate kill against the Flying Fleet • finished with nine kills on 23 attempts • posted her first multiple kill game on Sept. 21 against MSU Moorhead and set a season high on Nov. 6 against Upper Iowa with four kills on a season high eight attacks • recorded her first block, ace and dig -- including a season high three digs -- against MSU Moorhead • went 5-for-5 in serve receive. 

BEFORE UMD: A 2018 graduate of Cook County High School • competed in the Minnesota State Class A Tournament for three consecutive years -- all three state appearances in Cook County history • bestowed the Duluth News-Tribune All-Area Team and named to the Class A First Team All-State her junior and senior campaigns • obtained first team All-Polar League honors the previous three seasons and earned a second team all-conference citation as a freshman • finished her junior year with 415 kills, 505 digs, 51 blocks and 39 aces and backed that up her senior year with 513 kills and 476 digs.

PERSONAL: Born Meredith Sutton in Grand Marais, Minn. • daughter of Kevin and Jen Sutton • has two older sisters, Abigail and Linden, and a younger brother Peter • is undecided in a major at UMD.
