BEFORE UMD: Comes to UMD with two years of NCAA II/I basketball experience tucked under his belt ... will not be eligible to play with the Bulldogs until the 2014-15 season ... started 25 of 26 games for the University of Nebraska-Kearney last winter and ranked second among Lopers in scoring (13.1 points per game), assists (56), steals (19) and minutes (33.8 mpg) ...posted a career best for scoring with a 24-point effort against both the South Dakota School of Mines and and Missouri Southern State University ... earned an academic scholarship to Arizona State the previous year and walked on to the Sun Devil basketball team ... made five appearances that season ... captained Fairfax High School to the 2010-11 Arizona Class 5A State Tournament title.
