BEFORE UMD: Three-year starter for the Warriors of Deer River High School as both an offensive and defensive tackle. Two-time team captain in both 2020 and 2021. Earned all-conference recognition in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Was named an NE Silver District MVP Lineman during both his junior and senior seasons. Was an all-state team member as a senior in 2021. Also competed for the Warriors in basketball, track, and trapshooting. Notched all-conference honors as a center on the basketball team during his senior season.

PERSONAL: Parents are Amber and Lloyd... has two siblings (Thor and Brett) ...majoring in Business Entrepreneurship while at Minnesota Duluth.
