BEFORE UMD: Two-year starter with Fergus Falls High School • spent time at catcher, first base, and in the outfield • named the Otters' offensive player of the year following both the 2015 and 2016 seasons • earned All-Central Lakes Conference honors in 2016 • named a captain prior to the 2016 seasons and also earned team MVP honors • started a pair of seasons for the Otters in both hockey and football • picked up All-Conference and All-Section awards in hockey for his efforts in the 2016 season as a defenseman • earned an All-Conference spot in the 2016 season and was named the Central Lakes Conference receiver of the year in football.

PERSONAL: Born Tosten Earl Mann · son of Thomas and Tria Mann · has one sister (Lydia) · majoring in pre-business at UMD.
