  • Collected 40 assists, 9 blocks, and 18 steals

BEFORE UMD: Andrews comes to the Bulldogs after a highly productive career at Eden Prairie H.S., helping to lead the Eagles to back to back AAAA State Tournament appearances. before he came to UMD, Andrews averaged 13.1 points a game, 8.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists. He was listed as the No. 22 ranked prospect in the 2020 Minnesota class, ranked by Prep Hoops Minnesota. He scored over 2,000 career points and was a two-time captain for the Eagles. He also played travel AAU basketball with the Minnesota D1 club, which was ranked nationally on the Adidas Gauntlet circuit.

PERSONAL: Austin in the son of Mark Andrews & Mandi Ellingson... born in Eden Prairie, Minn.... Andrews is majoring in Civil Engineering at UMD.
