BEFORE UMD: Skated for the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth one year ago before signing on with the UMD program this fall ... will have to sit out the entire 2015-16 season due to NCAA transfer rules ... placed second among the 2014-15 Saints in scoring with 26 points while taking part in all 28 outings ... collected 12 goals -- a total that was unsurpassed by any other Saint -- and finished a team-best +15 on the year ... saddled up with Alberta Junior Hockey League's Canmore Eagles for three winters (2011-14) before migrating to Duluth ... enjoyed his most prosperous year in terms of offensive output during his second season (2012-13) with the Eagles, picking up 44 points in 60 regular season games ... averaged nearly a point per night (37 points in 38 appearances) the following year, but missed nearly half of the season with an elbow injury ... is a 2011 graduate of Athol Murray College of Notre Dame.
