2016 (Freshman) Started four games while appearing in 13 for the Bulldogs • played all 110 minutes in a 1-1 tie against Augustana on Oct. 23 • started three straight games from Oct. 16-23 • recorded one shot against Southwest Minnesota State on Oct. 16.

BEFORE UMD A 2016 graduate of Duluth East High School • played four seasons for head coach Steve Polkowski and the Greyhounds • named to the Duluth News Tribune All-Area Team in 2014 and 2015 • served as team captain in her senior season • voted the team's Most Inspirational player in 2015, Most Dedicated in 2013-14, and Rookie of the Year in 2012 • also participated in nordic skiing for three seasons.

PERSONAL Born Emma Catherine-Larson Spooner on Sept. 3, 1997 in Duluth • daughter of Jean Larson and Peter Spooner • has one brother, Daniel • while at Duluth East, participated in National Honor Society, newspaper staff, Scott Anderson Leadership forum, and Students for the Future • her father, Peter, was the curator at the Tweed Art Museum on campus from 1994 to 2012 • undecided on a major at UMD.
