• 2x NCHC Defenseman of the Week (10/31/22, 1/30/23)
• NCHC All-Conference Second Team
• Keith Huffer Christiansen MVP Award
Played in 35 games for UMD...Finished the season with 23 points off five goals and 18 assists...Recorded one PPG and one GWG...His most noteable game was against DU where he recorded one goal and three assists for four points...Chipped in 34 goals...At the conclusion of the 2022-23 campaign Kaiser signed with the Chicago Blackhawks.

• NCHC Academic All-Conference Honors
• Competed for Team USA in the 2022 World Junior Championship in Red Deer, AB.
Rolled off another strong season for UMD. Posted career-highs in goals (2), assists (17), points (19) and games played (34). Scored his first collegiate goal, a game-winner, at Minnesota on 10.22.21. 

2020-21

• NCHC Honorable Mention
• NCHC All-Conference Rookie Team
Had a solid rookie year as a Bulldog, putting up 10 points from the blueline (all assists)... finished the year as the fifth best scoring freshman in the NCHC... seven of his 10 assists came on the man advantage, a unit that he commanded from the top... took 54 shots on the year... blocked 40 shots... was +1 on the season... 

BEFORE UMD: Kaiser comes to UMD after finishing his year with the Andover Huskies and going to the Dubuque Fighting Saints of the USHL where he played 11 games, grabbing three assists. In 31 games with Andover, Kaiser captained the team and led them to the State Quaterfinals, putting up 11 goals and 32 assists for 43 points over the season.

PERSONAL: Was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks (Round 3: #81 overall) in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
