BEFORE UMD: Is a 2013 graduate of Mounds View High School ... took last year off from school and spent it traveling in Europe ... was a fixture in the Mustang lineup as a junior and senior and helped lead the team to a pair of Suburban East Conference championships, two Section 5AA titles and back-to-back Minnesota State Class AA Tournament appearances ... was a two-time All-Suburban Conference honoree ... also lettered one year in track (sprinter) at Mounds View High School ... earned Academic All-State recognition in 2012-13.
