2020 Team Co-Captain

AS A BULLDOG:
2019: Served in a team co-captaincy role for the second straight spring and took over the No. 1 singles responsibilities in the process ... finished her junior year with a 3-11 singles mark .... also teamed with fellow junior team co-captain Elsa Erickson to go 5-11 at No. 1 doubles ... was one of four (out of a possible five) Bulldog to secure NSIC All-Academic Team status.
2018: Moved up to the No. 2 singles slot and went 7-7 overall  while serving as a team co-captain with senior Shelby Benkofske ... was selected to the All-NSIC second team for doubles with Benkofske after amassing an 8-6 mark at No. 1 ... than tandem became the first Bulldogs to received All-NSIC  first or second team recognition since 2012 ... reeled off seven straight doubles victories between Feb. 24 and March 24 ... played doubles and singles in all 14 matches ... qualified for the NSIC All-Academic Team.
2017: Made an immediate impact as a collegiate rookie  ... launched her UMD career by posting five consecutive singles victories ... wound up finishing with an 11-10 singles record (primarily at No. 3) ... competed in all 22 matches (the lone Bulldog to do so), although the last of those  -- against Augustana in the NSIC Tournament -- did not get completed ... went 7-12 in doubles, spending most of her time with senior team captain Drew DeCorsey at No. 2.
BEFORE UMD: Is a 2016 graduate of Forest Lake High School … was a four-time tennis letterwinner with the Rangers and received All-Suburban East Conference recognition all four seasons (first team in 2015 and 2013 and honorable mention in 2012 and 2014) ... captained the Rangers during each of her final two seasons of competition ... played a key part in Forest Lake High School's conquest of the 2014 Suburban East Conference title ... earned All-State Academic honors as a 12th grader and was a member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Nick (who played football at UMD in 1986) and Cherie Anderson … has two older siblings (Nathen, who passed away in 2019, and Kellie) … is majoring in marketing analytics at UMD.
