2021: Named to All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Second Team for singles ... team captain ... went 8-3 overall primarily at the No. 2 position ... started the season winning five of six matches ... produced a 3-8 overall record in doubles in two familiar pairings ... went 3-5 overall with partner Sophie Lynch in the No. 1 spot ... went 0-3 overall with her fellow co-captain Isabel Thiner at the No. 2 position ... also excelled in the classroom and was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and was the recipient of UMD's E.L. "Duce" Rasmussen award for top scholar-athlete.
2020: Went 6-3 in singles overall before season was canceled due to COVID-19 ... had a 4-3 record in the conference ... spent time at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions ... ended the season on a two-match win streak ... went 5-5 overall in doubles playing alongside Sophie Lynch for the second season ... the pair played all ten matches at the No. 1 position.
2019: Landed All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference third team honors for singles ... paced the 2019 Bulldogs in singles victories by going 12-2 (primarily at No. 3) -- including an 8-2 mark in NSIC play ... got her sophomore year off to a sizzling start by winning her first eight matches ... also produced a UMD-leading 10-3 record at No. 2 doubles while playing alongside Sophie Lynch ... was one of three Bulldogs to earn a NSIC Academic Team of Excellence Award and represented tennis on the UMD Athletic Academic Scholar List by compiling the highest grade point average on the team during the 2018-19 academic year.
2018: Debuted in style, racking up an 8-1 singles record (all at No. 4) during her first collegiate go-around ... suffered her lone defeat at Winona State on Feb. 25 ... was sidelined for five matches with an injury ... paired up with fellow rookie Isabel Thiner at No. 3 doubles and went 4-2.
BEFORE UMD: Is a 2017 graduate of Pine City High School … participated in three Minnesota State High School Class A Tennis Tournaments (2014-16) during her six years with the Dragons ... captured the 2016 Section 7A singles championship after two placing second the previous two years ... received All-Granite Ridge Conference honors six straight years ...captained the Dragons to a 17-2 overall record as a senior ... also lettered four times in track, earning All-Conference acclaim on three occasions, at Pine City High School ... was a member National Honor Society member.
PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Kevin and Joanne Cahill … has four siblings (Erin, Tim, Katherine and Elizabeth) … is majoring in exercise science at UMD.
