2021: Moved to the No. 1 singles position for her final year ... went 2-9 overall ... paired with Natalie Cahill for a third year in a row in doubles, going 3-5 in the No. 1 position.
2020: Went 4-5 overall in singles before the remainder of the season was canceled due to COVID-19 ... spent time at all top four positions ... went 5-5 in doubles, again partnering with Natalie Cahill ... played all doubles matches at the No. 1 position.
2019: Made quite the splash as a collegiate newcomer ... joined forces with then-sophomore Natalie Cahill to generate the Bulldogs best doubles record (10-3, all at No. 2) to go with a 9-3 singles mark (at No. 4) ... went 6-1 against NSIC foes.
BEFORE UMD: Enjoyed a prosperous career at Holy Family Catholic High School, highlighted by four straight trips to the Minnesota State High School Class A Tournament ... that included four team berths and three appearances as an individual (2014, 2016 and 2017) ... earned All-Wright County Conference honors in doubles and played a key role in the Fire's conquest of the state championship as a freshman ... played at No. 2 singles during the 2015 season and then moved up to No.1 her junior year when she was named all-conference ... captured the Wright County Conference singles title as a senior and later helped lead the Fire to a second-place Minnesota State Class A finish ... shined off the court as well at Holy Family High School, receiving gold standards for academics four times.
PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Michael and Lisa Lynch, and Rebecca and Dave McCarthy ... has two older sisters (
