Natalie Pedersen joined the volleyball coaching staff in July 2024 as an intern assistant coach.

Pedersen previously completed coaching stints at her alma mater, New York Mills High School, and with the Central Lakes Juniors, her former club team. Pederson most recently served as a coach for the Minnesota North club team, located locally in Duluth.

Pedersen played one season at Central Lakes College in Brainerd. The outside hitter totaled 25 kills, 17 blocks and four digs in six matches of action. 

Pedersen is pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in coaching during her time with the Bulldogs.
