2012 OUTLOOK
Physically gifted athlete projected to spend the season learning the inner workings of NCAA II volleyball behind Kalli Lochner and the rest of the Bulldog middle blockers.

BEFORE UMD
Held down a starting role at Brainerd High School for four years under Coach Jared Diem • an all-state nominee in 2010 and 2011, she earned All-Central Lakes Conference honors in each of those seasons • garnered all-conference honorable mention acclaim as a sophomore in 2009, twice being named the Central Lakes Conference Player of the Week.

Born Monica Syndie J. Mauch on March 21, 1991 in Fargo, N.D. • daughter of Shawn Mauch • has two siblings (Shalie and Steven).
