He's already shown the folks around the North Central Conference what he can do, now
Brandan Anson will soon have the opportunity to display his pass-catching talents at the next level.
The University of Minnesota Duluth wide receiver has received an invitation to the Cincinnati Bengals' Rookie Mini Camp, which is set for May 2-4 at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati.
Anson, who transferred to UMD from California's Joaquin Delta College in 2006, closed out his short, but rewarding, two-year Bulldog career last fall by pacing the NCC in pass reception average (a school-record 6.9 per outing) while making the second most catches (69) in team history. For his efforts, the Pacoima, Calif. native was bestowed with All-NCC second team honors.
