The My 9 Sports Network will be the new television home for University of Minnesota Duluth  hockey in 2010-11 as part of a two-year agreement between the Duluth-based station and Bulldog athletics.

The My 9 (KBJR DT 6.2 and KRII DT 11.9) television schedule includes 15 regular season men's games beginning with the Bulldogs' Western Collegiate Hockey Association series against Michigan Tech University at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center on Nov. 12-13. Each of the 10 of UMD's regular season outings at AMSOIL Arena will also be televised. Northland's NewsCenter sports director Tom Hansen and former Bulldog standout forward Judd Medak will serve as the broadcast team.

My 9, which is also televising all five UMD regular season football games in 2010, is scheduled to carry four Bulldog women's home games this January. In addition, all of the My 9 hockey broadcasts will be videostreammed through b2tv.com for a fee.
