Signed as a standout prep athlete during the 2008-09 season, Lindsay Walter was a member of the first full recruiting class brought in by University of Minnesota Duluth head coach Annette Wiles. In the four years since, Walter has been a part of two NCAA Division II Tournament clubs while serving in a reserve role for the Bulldogs.
This year the Slinger, Wis., native has been afforded the privilege of serving as a team captain, an honor she shares with fellow seniors Courtney Doucette and Kaiya Sygulla. Walter, who has made two appearances thus far for UMD (6-3 overall), spent a couple minutes sharing some details about herself with UMDBulldogs.com.
