The storied career of former University of Minnesota Duluth hockey standout Caroline Ouellette can't be truly summed up, but the province of Quebec, Canada knows one thing --- Ouellette is the greatest women's hockey player the land has ever produced.
Bleacherreport.com named the 10 Best Quebec Women's Hockey Players of All Time, and Ouellette, who is a three-time Olympic gold medal winner with Team Canada, topped the list. Ouellette was a two-time NCAA All-American as a Bulldog in 2004 and 2005 and helped UMD clinch its first NCAA title in Duluth, Minn. in 2003. In all, Ouellette won two NCAA titles as a Bulldog, helping direct UMD as an assistant coach in 2008 to its second championship win in Duluth.
