The University of Minnesota Duluth will continue on the road this weekend, taking on the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference North Division's preseason favorite, St. Cloud State University on Saturday afternoon.
The Bulldogs (2-2) stumbled on Tuesday night against UW-Parkside, but not for the efforts of guards
Reece Zoelle (Jr.) and
Peter Crawford (Sr.). Zoelle had 26 points while Crawford had 14, eight assists, and six rebounds. Zoelle, Crawford, and senior guard
Jordan Reetz have all averaged double-digits scoring for UMD, led by Zoelle's 14.3 points per game. Junior forward
Kristofer Jackson sits just below ten PPG at 9.3 while leading the Bulldogs with 7.8 boards per, over half of which on the defensive end. UMD is still looking for its first road victory of 2013 after falling to the Rangers.
