One day before embarking on his third preseason camp as the University of Minnesota Duluth football head coach, Curt Wiese sat down with umbulldogs.com to talk about all things Bulldog football. Wiese and his troops will have a little under three weeks to prepare for the the launch of the school's 83rd year of intercollegiate activity, which takes place on Sept. 3 against host Minnesota State University-Mankato.

Wiese, who has won a NCAA Division-II leading 24 games over the past two seasons (he's 24-3 overall), directed the 2014 Bulldogs to a 13-1 record, a share of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference title, a berth in the NCAA II playoffs (where UMD advanced to the quarterfinal round) and a No. 3 national ranking in the final American Football Coaches Association poll.
