The University of Minnesota Duluth was unable to snap its winless overtime streak, as it tied 1-1 with Augustana (S.D.) University on a chilly Sunday afternoon at Malosky Stadium.
A late goal by the Vikings (9-4-3; 8-2-3 NSIC) tied the match at one apiece. The Bulldogs (7-5-4; 5-4-4 NSIC) are now 0-4-8 in overtime or double-overtime games since their last victory on Oct. 18, 2013, against Concordia University-St. Paul.

Skye Finley gave the Bulldogs a 1-0 lead with minutes to go in the first half off a pass from junior forward
Hailey Hoff. Finley leads UMD in points (11), goals (4) and assists (3) on the season thus far. With under 12 minutes to play in the game, junior midfielder Mackenzie Main garnered her second goal of the season to knot things up at 1-1.Â
The Bulldogs outshot the Vikings 14-8, with Finley leading all players having captured four shots of her own.Â
UMD will play its final home game of the season against the University of Minnesota Crookston (3-11-2; 2-9-2 NSIC) on Friday (Oct. 28) at 6 p.m. before wrapping up its regular season at Bemidji State University (12-4; 10-3 NSIC). The Beavers are currently the third-ranked team in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, sitting only behind the Minnesota State University-Mankato Mavericks and the top-ranked No. 11 Minot State University Beavers.
