Duluth, Minn. – The Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs came into the matchup against the No. 14 St. Cloud State Huskies on a 5-match win streak. The Bulldogs would not be able to keep the momentum rolling as they would fall 0-3 (18-25, 20-25, 19-25).
The first set would see the St. Cloud State Huskies start the match strong. They would jump out to an early 3-11 lead. From there, teams would trade points as the Bulldogs would try to inch their way back into the set. The Bulldogs would manage to get to within five points at 16-21. The early deficit would prove to be too much to overcome as the Huskies would win the first set 18-25.
The second set would see both teams battle early. The Huskies would jump out to an early 7-9 lead. The Bulldogs would continue to trade points with the Huskies before St. Cloud State would go on a 5-point streak to make the score 11-17. From there, UMD would once again try to battle back and would manage to get it to a 16-19 Husky advantage. Once again, the early deficit would prove to be too much to overcome for the Bulldogs as the Huskies win the set 20-25 to take a 0-2 lead.
St. Cloud State would once again jump out to an early lead in the third set as they would take an early 5-8 lead. The Bulldogs would get it to within three points before the Huskies would go on another 5-point streak to take an 8-16 lead. From there, the Bulldogs would attempt to battle back and would go on a 5-point streak of their own to draw it to a 15-19 lead. The Bulldogs would continue to battle back and would get it to within two points before the Huskies would close out the set and match and win the set 19-25 to win the match 0-3.

Madison Gordon would add 18 assists on the night. Senior
Sydney Lanoue would add 13 digs on the night while Selbitschka would add 11 digs.
The Huskies were led by Linsey Rachel who had 15 kills on the night. Maddy Torve would add 35 assists on the night to lead the Huskies. Kenzie Foley and Linsey Rachel would both add 12 digs on the night while Abigail Groeneweg would add 11 digs.
