The Rice Lake, Wis. native Olson was again nothing but dominant for the Bulldogs in her junior campaign. Olson started in all 16 games for the Bulldogs this season averaging 30.1 minutes per night. Olson led the Bulldogs in scoring this year putting up an impressive 21.9 points per game, this figure not only led the Bulldogs but also the led Nothern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and ranked seventh in all of NCAA DII. Her scoring touch didn't diminish at the charity stripe either Olson converted on 48-57 (84.2%) of her free throws this season, that mark is good for seventh in the NSIC and 54th in all of Divison II. It wasn't all scoring for Olson as she also led the Bulldogs on the glass this season, she averaged 7.8 boards per game which ranked her third in the NSIC. Olson got better as the season went along for UMD, the Bulldog forward recorded five double-doubles on the season in her last six games played, including two straight in the Bulldogs' NCAA tournament appearances. Olson also eclipsed the 20 point mark in 10 of her 16 games played this season, including posting a season high 31 points in the Bulldogs NCAA Tournament Regional Quarterfinal victory against Emporia State

Olson was named NSIC North Player of the Week two times this season (January 11, 2021), and (February 8, 2021). Olson was named the NSIC North Player of the Year following the conclusion of the 2020-21 regular season, this included Olson being named an All-NSIC North First-Team selection. Following the Bulldogs NSIC Tournament Championship, she was selected to the NSIC All-Tournament Team as well as being named Tournament MVP.
