The University of Minnesota Duluth Men's Basketball team have finalized their 2023 signing class today, welcoming in two future Bulldogs to the team.
Jaden Morgan - Shooting Guard
The 2024 DeLaSalle graduate has earned All Conference and All Section selections while also playing for the MN Select club team. Morgan has seen success both on the court and in the classroom, achieving the academic honor roll list various times throughout his high school career. He chose UMD for the program's extended interest in him as a player and for the city's beautiful scenery.
Kole Hanson - Point Guard
The Prior Lake, MN native brings in many accolades during his tenure with Holy Family high school and D1 Minnesota club team, including 1,000 career points and an All Conference nod. The 2024 honor roll graduate says he chose UMD because he "loved the coaches and all the guys, loved the area and it was a place where my family could be at all the games as well".
The Bulldogs head to Oklahoma this weekend to begin their 2023-24 regular season at the GAC/NSIC Conference Crossover tournament. UMD finished 26-10 last season, reaching their first NCAA Elite Eight appearance in program history.
