Coach Brautigam's Thoughts:
"The men's team saw a big personal record for William Heydt to win the triple jump. The men's 200m went really well with four of the five participants walking away with big personal records and bumps on the conference list. Colton Kostynick had a nice showing in the shot put while the men's 800m group walked away with a ton on breakthroughs and season bests, with Owen Dickenson leading the charge."
"Morgan Radel ran a strong race to win the women's 5000m. Lauryn Renier's personal record time of 11:02.93 in the 3000m steeple will sit third on the conference list. On the sprints side, we had a lot of season bests in the 200m, and the women's throws group that competed today all took steps in the right direction, including Kennedy Hawk who is a favorite to score points in the javelin in two weeks at the conference tournament."
