University of Minnesota Duluth women's track and field student-athlete
Cailee Peterson will compete in the women's 1500m at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 25-27 in Pueblo, CO. Peterson is coming off a first place finish and all-conference performance in the 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul.
Nationally Ranked
Peterson currently ranks 10th with a time of 4:22.27 and most recently finished as national runner-up in the mile at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships this past March.
Schedule of Events
The prelims in the women's 1500m will begin on Thursday, May 25 at 6:10 pm. If Peterson advances, she will compete in the finals on Saturday, May 27 at 6:35pm.

Bulldog History
Peterson will become the third Bulldog to compete in the 1500m at the NCAA Championships. The previous two participants both attained All-American status with Emi Trost (2017) winning the national championship.
