Back to back tournaments to open the season and a rematch of the NCAA Central Region quarterfinals in early October spotlight a lengthy 2024 schedule for the University of Minnesota Duluth volleyball team.

The Bulldogs will kick off their season in early September with appearances in the Texas A&M Kingsville Invitational and the Up North Preseason Tournament, a tournament that UMD hosted themselves just last year. 

UMD will begin their Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) schedule with a matchup against Winona State (Sept. 19) before returning to Romano Gym for their first home game (Sept. 21) against the 2023 NSIC champs, Concordia St. Paul. The Bulldogs will see one regular season matchup with Wayne State College (Oct. 11), a rematch of last season's NCAA Central Region quarterfinals. UMD looks to host nine of their 27 regular season games before the NSIC tournament starts in November.

Bulldog volleyball recorded an 18-11 overall record and a 10-8 conference record throughout the 2023 season, ending in 6th place in the NSIC standings and making their 24th NCAA tournament appearance in program history.
