In the final regular season meet of the season, the University of Minnesota Duluth men's and women's track and field teams finished out the regular season strong at the Meet of the UnSaintly in St. Paul, Minn.

Sophomore Lillian Wanzek won the 100m hurdles in a time of 14.51, and later placed third in the women's long jump with a jump of 5.30m. Senior Madeline Verkerke ran to a Division II 79th best time of the season in the 800m with a time of 2:12.45, while freshman Sadie Eicher won the 5,000m with a personal best run of 18:32.80.

In the field events, junior Sam Azure won the javelin with a throw of 35.75, while freshman Halle Theis placed third in the triple jump with a season-best jump of 10.80m.

The men's track and field side saw junior Noah Mitchell finish in the third in the discus throw with a throw of 46.27m, while senior Bennett Nelson placed second in the triple jump with a jump of 12.86.

The Bulldogs will host the NSIC Track and Field Championships next Thursday through Saturday inside Malosky Stadium.
