BULLDOG SPOTLIGHT: MICHELA CAVA

Currently off to a fast offensive start, University of Minnesota Duluth women's hockey forward Michela Cava has already equalled her point total from all of last season.  The senior from Thunder Bay, Ontario has scored four goals and dished out two assists in the Bulldogs first 10 games, including registering four points (2g, 2a) in her last four skates.  A transfer from the University of Connecticut, Cava scored three goals and three assists last season as a junior, her first with UMD.
