Mandy Pearson was named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference's Coach of the Year. The Bulldogs own sophomore forward
Brooke Olson was named the NSIC's Player of the Year, as well as being named to the All-NSIC First team. Senior forward
Katie Stark and junior forward
Sarah Grow were both named to the All-NSIC Second team as well as being named to the All-NSIC Defensive team.

This is the Bulldogs first Coach of the Year award since
Karen Stromme was honored with the award during the 98-99 season. Pearson lead the Bulldogs to an unbeaten home record in their 2019-20 season (first time since 99-00 season), as well as back to back 20 win seasons for the first time since 03-04 and 04-05. Pearson was able to steer the Bulldogs to their first Northern Division title and their first  regular season conference title since the 02-03 season. She lead UMD to the best scoring defense in the NSIC with 59.4 points being scored on UMD per game. In addition to being the best scoring defense in the NSIC, the Bulldogs were ranked sixth in the NSIC contests, scoring 70.6 on any given night. UMD found themselves receiving votes in three separate WBCA polls (Dec. 17, 2019 (7), Jan. 7, 2020 (20) & Jan. 14, 2020 (5)). UMD held the second best shooting percentage in the NSIC with a 44.7% from the floor, was fourth in the NSIC in turnover margin and was first for the second straight year in the NSIC in assist to turnover ratio, which was ranked eighth in the D-II landscape.

Olson was tabbed as the NSIC Player of the Year, as well as being named to the All-NSIC First team. Olson ranked fifth in NSIC contests with a 16.0 average on the year. She also ranked 14th in boards with 6.3 per game. Olson was a top shooter in the conference, ranking fourth in field goal percentage with a 49.8% from the floor. Olson was 26th in D-II in field goals made with 185 on the season. She had two double-doubles on the year and was named NSIC Northern Division Player of the Week once on the season (Dec. 3, 2019).

Stark was named to the All-NSIC Second as well as the All-NSIC Defensive team. Stark was a top notch player for the Bulldogs in her final go round. She was one of top scorers for UMD, grabbing 9.8 points a game in NSIC contests. She sat just outside of the Top-25 in rebounds per game with 5.3 a night, but was in the Top-25 for 3-pointers a game with 2.1 per contest. Stark broke into the Top-10 in the NSCI with 1.0 blocked shots a game, sitting in 10th, and was 23rd in steals per game with 1.3 a contest.

Grow was named to the All-NSIC Second and the All-NSIC Defensive team. Grow played a solid year as well for UMD, cracking the Top-25 in rebounds per game with 5.4. She was able to lead the NSIC in blocks and blocks per game with 2.3 a contest and 50 on the regular season conference year. She sat just outside of the Top-25 in scoring average with an 11.1 average per game on the year. Grow had multiple double digit point efforts on the year (18) and tied a career high in points with 21 in a contest against Wayne State (Neb.).
