FORMER BULLDOG CHET CULIC PASSES AWAY

Former Minnesota Duluth men's hockey player Chet Culic passed away on December 3rd at the age of 48. 

Culic, a native of Regina, SK, CAN, competed for the Bulldogs from 1993 to 1996. During the 1995-96 campaign, Culic served as assistant captain. During his time in Duluth, Culic tallied 13 goals and 18 assists for 31 career points, while also skating in 81 games. Following his career with the Bulldogs, Culic went on to play in the ECHL for one season before returning to Regina, where he obtained a master's degree in Business and spent his career working at SaskTel and SLGA.

A celebration of life will be held at the Turvey Centre, 100 Armour Rd Highway 6 N, in Regina, SK on December 28, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Chet's memory to the Outdoor Hockey League, Adam Herold Foundation, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
