On Saturday afternoon in Mankato, Minn. the Minnesota Duluth men's track & field team posted six top five finishers at the Ted Nelson Classic. The Bulldogs battled against a range of teams including NSIC rivals Minnesota State, Mankato and Augustana (SD).
"We rested a good portion of our team and had a couple stand out performances," said Head Coach
Karly Brautigam. "
Colton Kostynick had a great day in throws with a PR in weigh and Matt Caines posted a really competitive NSIC triple jump mark. Highlights from the men's side definitely include a provisional mark from
Christian Leonard in the mile."
