Two University of Minnesota Duluth soccer players -- Jessica Eischens and Miriam Marsan -- were named to the CSC 2025 Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team for NCAA Division II.


The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Soccer teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Marsan, a team captain, is now a two-time Academic All-District selection after also earning the honor in 2023. Marsan has a 3.84 cumlative GPA as a Excercise Rehab Science major at UMD. The senior from Eden Prairie, Minn. had a career-high 12 points this season on four goals and four assists, and logged the first hat trick of her career on Oct. 17 against Minnesota State University, Moorhead.


Eischens is a junior majoring in Management with a 3.76 cumulative GPA. The North Oaks, Minn. native 2025 NSIC All-Conference Second Team selection was the fourth leading scorer for the Bulldogs with 10 points (2g, 6a) this past season. Eischens was also advance as an CSC Academic All-America finalist and advanced to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.


First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 16, 2025. The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
